Love Your Local Terms and Conditions:

You must have signed up to receive emails from Craft Union to be able to submit a nomination. 

1.1 To submit a nomination, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of the nomination entry. The opening date for nominations is the 1st February and the end date is 28th February 2022.

1.2 Nominations are not open to Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families).

1.3 Only one nomination per person throughout the campaign.

1.4 Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified. Stonegate Group accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, is not received before the campaign closing time.

1.5 Please follow the campaign guidelines. Stonegate Group reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

1.6 To submit a nomination, the entrant must submit a nomination directly on the Craft Union Love Your Local website form.

1.7 All nominations submitted will be reviewed.

1.8 We will contact those successful in their nominations via their telephone number or email provided.

1.9 If you are successful in securing funding we will notify you by email or telephone by the 31st March 2022 .

1.10 Stonegate Group will use reasonable endeavours to contact those that are successful with their nominations. However, if the Stonegate Group are unable to contact those successful within 72 hours of being first notified, Stonegate Group reserves the right to select a different nomination for funding.

1.11 Stonegate’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

1.12 Successful nominations will be contacted via the form contact details provided by 31st March.

1.13 All costs and expenses not included in the funding are the responsibility of those who applied for submitted their nomination.

1.14 The successful nomination details will be shared with brands supporting the Love Your Local Campaign and their agency in order to award the funding.

1.15 The funding will not be transferable to another person.

1.16 No part of the funding is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

1.17 The funding is subject to COVID-19 UK government restrictions

1.18 If an advertised funding is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative funding of equal or greater value.

1.19 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:

1.20.1 verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence

1.20.2 disqualify any participant:

1.20.3 found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the campaign or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;

1.20.4 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf;

1.20.5 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter’s social media pages that is, in the promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter’s commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter’s social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.

1.21 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.

1.22 Competitions on our brand social pages and websites are run by Stonegate Group, 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SJ.

1.23 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter or Facebook shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
