That’s right – our Craft community has not only raised an incredible amount of money towards our Make it a Million campaign, but they’ve also made a huge difference to those in need this winter!
We all know how cold it’s been recently, and thanks to you loving lot, people facing homelessness have received warm clothes and essentials to keep them safe, donated by our local communities and collected by our much-loved pubs. These items have been given to eight different charities across the country, ensuring nobody is left behind this winter.
With the arrival of colder weather and snowy conditions, the need for warm clothing and support has never been greater, and with the cost-of-living crisis causing people to struggle to make ends meet, many people are at risk during the harsh winter months, which makes the incredible support across our 600+ Craft pubs all the more special.
Managing Director Frazer Grimbleby said: “As temperatures drop and stormy weather sets in, ensuring those less fortunate in our communities have access to warm clothing is more crucial than ever.
“Thanks to the incredible generosity of our communities and the efforts of our colleagues, we’ve surpassed all expectations by donating over 4,000 items of clothing to various shelters and hospices across the country. And this is just the beginning – there’s much more fundraising to come in 2025.”
We want to give a well-deserved round of applause to everyone involved – you’ve all done fantastic things for people in need across the country, and it’s keeping us heading towards that million-pound target!
